The Cheesecake Factory is a chain restaurant in United States that serves an eclectic menu and a long list of legendary cheesecakes. In addition to that, it also features bar and bakery corners. One may also order online for their signatures cheesecakes and ship to anywhere in the country. Fantastic deal, right?

I first learned about The Cheesecake Factory after watching The Big Bang Theory. In this so-called 'geeky' sitcom, Penny who is the same floor neighbor to Sheldon Cooper and Leonard Hofstadter works as a waitress at The Cheesecake Factory.
Reminds me of 'Secret Recipe' back home in Penang!
Since I love cheesecake, last month we biked to Arboretum for the best cheesecake in town - The Cheesecake Factory. With a good packaging designed for to-go, the cheesecake survived several miles biking journey back home. The cake was still in good shape. And we finished up everything on that afternoon itself. The cheesecake was elegantly spiced, smooth and almost melted in my mouth. It makes my heart grows fonder!

February is fabulous. Restaurant is one of the most popular venues for lovers and sweethearts to celebrate Valentine's Day. We opted to observe it a week earlier to avoid being part of the crowd.

My Significant Other picked The Cheesecake Factory since we had yet sit down and dined at their restaurant in Arboretum. As we walked to the entrance, the outdoor seats looked appealing. We thought of being the first couple there but on the second thought, we decided to leave that for summer.The indoor was indeed so much cozier during winter.

Despite a huge turnout for lunch, we were ushered to our table swiftly and offered with their menu as soon as we sat down.

My focus was crystal clear. The menu's page didn't move. I was staring at the list of cheesecake for quite
some time and in the end, I went for an Italian Tiramisu. I had yet tried this flavor of theirs.

Margarita for the drinks and a platter of grilled pork chop with apple sauce. That was the choices of My
Significant Other.
Awesome!
Atmosphere and service, both were equally great. We both enjoyed ourselves very much despite the fact, 'Penny' doesn't work there. We always find excuses to meet or see 'Penny' at The Cheesecake Factory and obviously more than happy to be back often.
